Unfurnished and Furnished Property Management
- Free market rent evaluation
- Market the property
- Locate suitable tenants
- Check tenant references
- Sign lease agreements
- Collect damage deposits and rent payments
- Perform move-in inspections, detailing suite condition and content
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Forward net income to owner
- Provide owner with copies of all relevant documentation*
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Inform owner of any items of concern
- Address any tenancy issues
- Provide 24/7 emergency response to tenants and landlords
- Perform move-out inspections
- Arrange for required cleaning and maintenance

Property Management Rates & Fees
As part of the commitment to our clients, we do not charge any management fees until a tenant has moved in to your rental property.
Unfurnished Property Management
- 50% of first month's rent in startup
- 7% of monthly rental income per month ($95 minimum) for full management
- Full access to documentation through client login portal at www.korecki.ca

- 20% of rental income for full management
